Five-Minute Objects is a verbal description of a series of performances taking place in a domestic house.

A performance under this title was given at the Camden Arts Centre as part of the Thinking Aloud touring art show on 13 May 1999, but it used parts of the text for Invisible Work. The final text was first performed at Home 2, London and live on the internet. It was subsequently performed at the Turku Academy, Finland: Architectural Association, London; Serralves, Oporto, Portugal.
